RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

1. All products sold are non-refundable

2. The below product(s) sold are non-exchangeable:

a) Product(s) under sale or discounted rate

b) Product(s) that have been altered/damaged through wear

3. Return and exchange is only accepted upon receiving wrong/defective product, product size that does not follow the size chart. Thread pulls, colour variation or other common details mentioned in product description are not considered as defects.

4. Exchange are accepted only if:

a) Exchange is notified within 48 hours upon receiving the parcel and must be dispatched within 3 business days from the delivered date

b) Exchange is only allowed for the product with similar price or higher

c) Customer shall agree to pay the difference of the exchanged item if the value is higher.

d) Product is unused with labels/tagging intact and returned with same packaging

5. Returns are accepted only if:

a) Defect complaint given within 48 hours upon receiving the parcel

b) Proof of parcel opening video with showing the defect spots in video 

c) Product is unused with labels/tagging intact and returned with same packaging

Kaii Paii bares your postage fee for returning product of defect (of same amount of postage fee incurred upon your purchase, not more than that). For any exchange items, postage fee will be paid by the customer.
