REFUND & RETURN

Kindly read all the sections carefully to understand the conditions and cases under which refunds and returns will be accepted.

Refund or return is accepted only upon receiving wrong or defective product. Thread pulls, colour variation or other common details mentioned in product description are not considered as defects.Products under sale or discounted rate can not be refunded or returned.

Refund / returns are accepted only if :

(a) defect complaint given within 48 hours upon receiving parcel

(b) proof of parcel opening video with showing the defect spots in video 

(c) product is unused and returned with same packaging

Kaii Paii reserves the right to refuse a refurn of product purchased from us if the product is not received in its original condition or has been found to be used. All products to be returned must be notified to (Whatsapp) within 48 hours of parcel delivery and dispatched within 3 business days of the order. 

Kaii Paii bares your postage fee for returning product of defect (of same amount of postage fee incurred upon your purchase, not more than that). For any exchange items, postage fee will be paid by the customer.
